Terry “Tequila” Joe is a 'forced meme' that was later revealed to be a major antagonist for ACS. Originally two memes that ACS showed distaste for, their account was taken over months after by a mysterious figure, using coded language and an emoji of a tumbler glass(🥃). This was revealed to be Terry Joe, also known as Tequila Joe.

On September 4th, 2019, Terry Bogard was announced as the fourth new fighter for Super Smash Brothers Ultimate. Referencing the confusion and apathy some had over his reveal, ACS acted as if another Terry had been confirmed for Smash instead, posting a stock photo of a bearded man. After a few minutes, however, ACS had dismissed the meme, publicly insulting it and Skissposting to remove it from their history.

On July 5th of the following year, a drunk ACS tweeted at US President Donald Trump, threatening him as Tequila Joe with an exaggerated New York accent. This too was dismissed by ACS, proclaiming him to be their 'worst meme'. While Terry and Tequila Joe were not related at first, it was retconned that they were actually the same person.

On August 4th, ACS announced that they were taking a brief Twitter break, and even though they pinned this message, they resumed retweeting immediately after (in reality, ACS did indeed take a Twitter break; he had set multiple tweets to send out days in advance). This was not ACS: this was Terry Joe, who had started to infiltrate the Twitter account for months (it is implied that he was involved in the “FlutterGARBLE” cancel culture raid), and now had an army of followers seeking to destroy ACS in an act of revenge. When ACS returned, Terry “Tequila” Joe had completely taken over.

After a week of inactivity, Terry Joe gave ACS one final tweet, and they called for any meme to rescue them and their Twitter, including Skiss. As shown during the last takeover, Skiss is secretly a government agent whose job is to overthrow oppressive regimes, and he did the same here, confining Tequila Joe to a segment on the now-restored banner. He left with an admission: that he and his agency were warned of Terry Joe months beforehand, but didn't follow the lead. ACS was left with two revelations, one being Skiss' true identity, and the other being that while Terry Joe was gone, his followers were not, and may have integrated themselves into the Twitter. In a series of tweets tackling an issue not dissimilar to the rise of far-right groups, ACS proclaimed that, even though the threat of Terry “Tequila” Joe's Army was scary, proper knowledge of who they are and how they work is the best method to combat them.
